If the attachment to the girl is strong then the first inclination is to call her, text her, and generally become obnoxious trying to win her back. You have to make the effort to reconnect with life and other people. Spend some quality time with family and friends and have a good time enjoying all that life has to offer.  When your ex sees that you are not crying over the past she will begin to wonder why she ended the relationship.

Take a close look at your actions. When a man is trying to win the favor of a lady he will generally be on his best behavior. He remembers special dates, buys flowers and candy for no reason, and opens the door of cars and restaurants.  These are romantic, loving actions that mean a great deal to women.
